Jack in the Box is a fast food restaurant primarily in the West Coast so it's unique to people who live east of the coast. There is only one in Utah that we never frequented because it was in St. George so it's a fairly new place for us to eat at. It's kind of like reverse a Del Taco where its main specialty is hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes but also has tacos and other random cuisines.
It's pretty affordable, as fast food tends to be, so it's the place we go to when we don't want to break the bank but still get a tasty meal. Andrew's go-to order is the Sourdough Patty Melt with curly fries and an Oreo Shake. Jessica's go-to is the Ultimate Cheeseburger with regular fries. All very fatty, cheap, and delicious as fast food should be.
Check it out as an alternative to McDonald's sometime and you won't be disappointed!
